Pests



A range of insect pests affect dairy farm pastures in southern Australia. These pests may include:

  • African black beetle
  • Armyworm
  • Black-headed cockchafer
  • Crop and pasture mites
  • Red-headed cockchafer (external site)
  • Red-legged earth mite
  • Lucerne flea
  • Slugs and snails
