Dairy Australia’s Annual Operating Plan supports our strategy by setting the priority activities, planned income and expenditure, and portfolio of projects for the year. 

Delivering on our strategy

Dairy Australia works towards shaping a profitable and sustainable dairy industry. We have clear priorities, strategic outcomes and success indicators that are set out in our strategic plan that spans five years.

Our annual operating plan focuses on what needs to be delivered in the year ahead to reach our longer term outcomes. Each year we review our progress against strategy and determine our investments and initiatives for that coming year.
