DairyNSW's key strategic priorities are:

Farm profitability – dairy farmers must be profitable to survive and thrive
People capability – foster opportunities, train and support resilience and career growth in farmers and farm employers
Farm performance and protection – proactively manage animals and dairying resources including water, environment and licencing
