People Management 1:1 Support

Do you find one of your biggest challenges running your farm is getting the most out of your people? Designed for Australian dairy farmers, the People Management 1:1 support for farmers helps you manage the people aspects of your farm that may be causing concern or limiting your business opportunities. Whether it’s ensuring good safety systems and compliance or developing the skills to recruit, retain and manage your team more effectively, the People Management 1:1 support is tailored for your farm situation. The program allows each farm to identify areas of people management and leadership that they wish to focus on within the framework of the People In Dairy program. 

Over a series of up to five sessions with Meaks Coe (Workforce Regional Extension Officer), you will have the opportunity to prioritise the people issues in your business and develop an action plan to address these. The five sessions spread over a period of a few months are designed to provide the support you need in making progress against your plan.
