AVD are seeking expressions of interest for farmers to join us on our Mini Tour to Gippsland. We have listened to your requests for more tours, more farm visits and opportunities to learn about technology. The below is a glimpse of what you will get from the tour.

Details:

-Visit to Ellinbank research facility to delve into the latest research, trials and projects

-Farm visits covering succession, reducing nitrogen options, IVF & ET programs

-Visit to Maxicare, calf milk powder factory

-Opportunities to socialise and network.

Who can come:

-All dairy farming people and industry supporters. We will need a minimum of 16 to run this event and only have capacity for maximum 40.

Cost:

Dairy farmers and dairy farm employee $100 pp

Industry supporters / non-dairy farm employees $400
