Refund Policy

1. Dairy Australia reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or event. In the event that Dairy Australia cancels an event for any reason, the ticket price paid will be refunded in full. Registrants who purchase tickets accept and agree that Dairy Australia will bear no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income) as a result of any cancellation or postponement. Dairy Australia strongly recommends that registrants ensure the appropriate contingencies and insurance are in place to mitigate against loss in these circumstances.

2. If a registrant cancels their attendance more than five business days in advance of the event commencement date, the ticket price will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 5 or less business days prior to the event will not receive a refund.

3. Refunds will not be provided to registrants who do not cancel and do not attend an event.
