The 2023 Dairy Horizon Scan helps to inform the dairy industry of issues and trends that will impact the Australian dairy value chain into the future.

It includes and synthesises a number of perspectives across the industry, such as future RD&E needs, emerging sustainability trends, changes in consumer attitudes, market and competitiveness trends, physical and operating environment changes, and possible government policy settings. It is intended to inform policy development and help with future planning needs across the industry.
