DairyTas grants supporting farmers and local industry



Grants of up to $10,000 are available to dairy industry groups undertake projects that advance the Tasmanian dairy industry. This is with the aim to improve the performance and profitability of dairy farms in their locality. 

These are available under the DairyTas Small Project Grants Programme, and applications are open to all dairy farmer groups and other organisations from right across Tasmania.

When applying, please provide sufficient detail to enable the Board to make an informed decision about your project. Supporting attachments should be relevant and concise.

Grant recipients should have an ABN or be able to nominate an arrangement acceptable to DairyTas for disbursement of funds. 

Applications for projects must address priorities identified in the Tasmanian Dairy Industry Strategic Plan 2022-2027 and have direct value to the dairy industry or local farmers. Download and read the full strategic plan here
