Join WestVic Dairy for a practical workshop with Cath Jenkins of Rural People Co, where you'll create your own personalised drought plan to better manage your farm in dry conditions. This hands-on session will provide you with the tools and strategies needed to build resilience and get your business and your people through the drought.

Alongside this workshop, were pleased to welcome:

  • Charlotte Henry, McGrath Breast Care Nurse with Colac Area Health, who will discuss the importance of caring for yourself while managing the pressures of farming.
  • Karen Brady, Rural Financial Counselling Service Victoria West, who will outline available support services to help farmers navigate financial and operational challenges.
  • The National Centre for Farmer Health, who will introduce the Back on Track project, designed to support those feeling overwhelmed, lacking concentration, avoiding tasks, or feeling stuck in a rut. If youre feeling run down, this program could be just what you need to regain focus and energy.
