We get asked a lot about how young farmers can progress their careers from farm hand to more senior roles on farm. Tom Hooper is a prime example of a young farmer striving to achieve his goals. Come along and hear about how Dean and Bec have supported Tom to achieve some of his goals. We will also hear from Tom about some of his recently attended Young Dairy Farmer tours and programs he has participated in from New Zealand to Tasmania and how he has progressed in the dairy industry.A light lunch will be provided by Proud to be a dairy Farmer.
